These are just the obvious ones every single character in these books did hard things. I say that knowing what happened to Magnus, Alec, Jem, Emma, Raphael Santiago, Will, and Jace. he would do anything for his family and is probarly the strongest character in this UNIVERSE of books. And when he finally dies she goes "k great don't have to worry about him now" even though she didn't get to be the one to do it.
She has survived her parents death and yeah she wants revenge but that's cause she KNOWS Sebastian didn't do it- and he didn't so like smart girl even at- 10? 12? However by book 2 she got revenge but then that guy comes back and like she STILL recognizes there are bigger issues than what he DID there's what he's doing now. I've decided to do that instead of the reasons not to read it because I don't honestly believe anyone really reads the good messages piece if you want to say no. And I did read it a while ago- as an audiobook, so I'm not the best to give ALL the details- but mark my words I know enough of it and Cassandra Clare's writing to tell you the basics and reasons why you SHOULD let your child read. (Not counting "short" story collections which aren't on here- and aren't bad either in fact they're AWESOME!: so go read The Bane Chronicles and Tales From the Shadowhunter Academy!)Īnyhow this book is amazing. Clearly the answer is no! Any haters can shut up this is STILL a good book even if it's- what 10th? in the series.
